Tea in the United States covers everything from a traditional Chinese or Japanese tea house to a Southern sweet-tea counter, and the fastest-growing segment is bubble tea: Taiwanese-style milk teas and fruit teas with tapioca pearls, sold by chains and independents alike with adjustable sugar and ice levels. Tea rooms serving afternoon tea with scones and sandwiches usually require a reservation, while boba shops, juice bars and smoothie shops are walk-in and quick. Kava and kombucha bars are a newer category, and loose-leaf tea stores sell blends, teaware and gifts, often with a tasting counter. Prices for a drink run similar to coffee-shop prices, with premium teas and cold-pressed juices at the high end.

Cheyanne made the experience perfect for me and my 2 kids. This place is a tastefully decorated and was fun to take photos with. Our smoothies were completely fresh and delicious. Thank you for good service, it's hard to find nowadays!

Stopped in for a smoothie. Got a Passion Berry for my teenager. Over $9 for what looked like maybe 12 ounces. It tasted more like juice. My teenager said it was watery and after finishing said it was the worst smoothie they ever had. Disappointing. Atmosphere is nice. However should have been more observant as it was noon and no one else was in there. One customer came in after we got ready to leave.

I enjoyed the smores mocha latte and the power bagel, very delicious and filling. The decor inside is cute and they have a private room available for free when reserved. We stayed for a while so before leaving, I wanted to grab a smoothie to-go, but unfortunately they were out of some of the ingredients to make my first and second choice of smoothie, so I opted for a third choice, which was pricey for the quality. I wish the bathrooms were cleaner.

The Açaí bowl was a frozen block of ice. I came about a year ago and the açaí bowls were great. I’ve been eating açaí bowls for about ten years and have never been served one like this. Açaí should have a smooth, sorbet‑like texture, not a block of ice. When I asked the staff the problem, they told me this is “how they are here” because everything is kept in the freezer. They weren’t apologetic or surprised, and after reading other reviews, it’s clearly not a one‑off issue. The toppings were piled so high they spilled everywhere when I opened the lid and once I finally got to the base, it was just shards of ice. The staff told me to “wait until it thaws,” but when it did, it melted into liquid…Sadly, my friend was so disappointed, she threw hers out because it was solid ice and not edible :(

We stopped in just to grab a couple of smoothies. We got the blueberry fields smoothie and it was really delicious. A heads up those two smoothies were $26. It’s a really nice place with a lot of seating and food options. The only issue I really had was the service. It was almost lunchtime and there was one guy taking orders and making the food/smoothies. When we first walked in we were the only people there and he slowly walked over barely said anything to us. We placed our order and again I could tell he didn’t want to wait on us. At the end of purchasing our smoothie some friends of his came in, so he started talking to them and ignoring us. Then decided to talk to his friends for 10 minutes before deciding to finally start making our smoothies. His attitude and service is the reason we won’t be back anytime soon. He was wearing a Tampa Bay Rays jacket today so management can know who I’m referring to.
